Your comfort is our priority. If your Kikibell purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy ensures a hassle-free process.
Eligibility & Return Window
- Return Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be processed.

Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (no pilling, stains, or odors).
- Original tags, packaging, and hygiene labels (for sleepwear) must be intact.
- Two-piece sets must be returned as a complete set (top and bottom) to qualify for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@kikibell.store with your order number, photos of the item (including tags and packaging), and the reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RA number, and ship via a trackable method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error (e.g., wrong size shipped).
- Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect returned items within 5–7 business days. For knitwear, we check for signs of stretching or damage to ensure they’re resalable.
Refunds
- Approved Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3 days of inspection.
- Partial Refunds: Items with minor flaws (e.g., loose threads) may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs (unless due to our error) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size in a two-piece set), follow the return process and note your preferred exchange in your email. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item, and we’ll prioritize it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page).
- Personalized or custom items (e.g., monogrammed sleepwear).
- Items without original tags or packaging.
